Return Window:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be unopened and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, is required.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via bank transfer. Please allow a few days for the refund to be processed.

Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened containers of food products are not eligible for return.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is also not returnable.
