Refund and Returns Policy

Return Window:
- You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be unopened and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, is required.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via bank transfer. Please allow a few days for the refund to be processed.
Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened containers of food products are not eligible for return.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is also not returnable.
